How fast can you get here for an emergency?
For 24/7 emergency calls in San Francisco, our promise is 2 hours from the moment you book. If we don't make it in time, your trip charge is waived. Call (925) 817-9489.
Do you charge by the hour or flat rate?
Flat rate, every time. We diagnose your problem, give you the full price for the work, and only start once you say go. No hourly surprises, no "while I'm here" upsells unless you specifically ask.
What's the trip charge?
Standard hours (M-F 7am-5pm): $99. Evenings (5pm-10pm): $179. Overnight, weekends, or holidays: $295. Trip charge is waived on standard jobs over $400.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — licensed C-36 plumbing contractor with the California Contractors State License Board, fully bonded ($25K) and insured (general liability + commercial auto). License number visible on truck and invoice.
What happens if the repair fails?
Every job is backed by a 2-year parts and labor warranty. If something we fixed breaks within 2 years from a workmanship issue, we come back and fix it — no charge.
Do you serve outside San Francisco?
Our primary service area is all of San Francisco (every zip code). We'll consider Daly City, Brisbane, and immediate Peninsula on a case-by-case basis. Call to ask.
